Thank you, Bestie!

Dear best friend,

I don’t know why all of a sudden I feel this need to write a letter to you, but I think I should. The past has witnessed our great friendship and after a hell lotta ups and downs we are where we are now. I know you still care for me, the way you did before. And believe me, I do too.

But there were ways I had hurt you, with insensitive words and weird behaviour. I don’t know what had gotten into me. You are the only person whose words seem true and honest to me. You are the only person whom I can believe and with whom I can share anything and everything.

Thanks for being there for me. I can only hope that our friendship grows even stronger through all these hardships, through all those months we hadn’t talked and through all those small and big fights we have had. But at this point of time, I think it’s truly necessary for me to thank you sincerely. Thanks for being a part of my life. I’m so glad that I met you!

Yours truly,

If you have such a friend whom you cherish, don’t ever let go. Feel free to appreciate him/her, because our friends are the ones who give us true happiness, around whom we laugh our sweetest laughter and shed our saddest tears. Be sure to let that friend know what he/she means to you. And if you have ever hurt a friend, intentionally or unintentionally, it’s never too late to say ‘sorry’. In friendship, there’s no place for ego. So just go and talk/text him/her right now! I’m sure you’ll make his/her day! πŸ™‚
