Review :

I’m late to the party but it’s better late than never. Unfortunately, my copy got lost in mail but the lovely author @anniewoodsauthor was kind enough to send me another, that too a signed one! Lucky me, Yaay! 😍 So if you have read the first book in the series and wondering if this is any good, then let me clear out the air for you. It is even better!

First Came Forever was more of a teenage love and princess dreams until it ended with a cliffhanger that gushed the breath out of us. Now Erica is no longer in a dream and reality is too harsh and unforgiving to deal with.

The last thing on her mind was teenage pregnancy but oh boy, is she strong! I have seen Erica grow the way a mother watches her child to. I mean seriously, it is easy to discern that she’s a cry baby but she has lost Sasha for crying out loud! Let’s give her some space. I’m so so glad that she’s nothing like those whining girls in the movies and deals with grief like a pro. I loved that she doesn’t take anyone for granted, I think that’s the only way to show a person that he’s valued.

Moving on to the story, I think it had a lot of facets. A daunting mystery with a pool of conspiracies turned this novel into an irresistible treat, shielding it from an otherwise docile fate. With an unexpected turn of events, the novel galloped in a fast-paced glory towards an ending that’s even more privy!

And Tyler, oh Tyler! I had been in love with him in First Came Forever and might I just dare to say that I still am. Head over heels! How can a character be so adorable and mature at the same time? I’m glad he shone like the star he is in this installment and bagged his well deserved chance with our girl.

Would gladly shower 4 loving Stars over Forever Disguised. It owes me my tears and those sleepless nights that I spent in heartwarming thoughts with a fluttering heart. Romance is not really my genre when it comes to books, but this series has really turned me around. Would recommend it to all goodreads seekers.
